If you’ve been around here for a bit, you may have heard me say that I don’t subscribe to a lot of black and white health and nutrition beliefs. This is my position on weight loss as well! I think it’s more important to identify WHY you would want to lose weight.
Is it for a number on the scale—friend you’re worth so much more than that number!
Is it for easier movement, improved lab work, feeling better and more confident?—sounds pretty solid.
